01

Accommodation

Forest healing pensions, private log cabins, eco-friendly auto camping, and a themed forest village.

02

Wellness and specialized care

A natural healing center, holistic therapy, and specialized rehabilitation care.

03

Main hub

An organic restaurant, forest café and shop, ecology learning center, and red-clay sauna.

04

Entertainment and experiences

An outdoor cinema, eco-craft workshops, learning programs, trails, and waterside activities.

Revenue Sharing

Proposed COOPX holder distribution cycle

The proposed model connects eligible operating revenue to a defined calculation and distribution process.

  1. 01

    Revenue generation

The complex records eligible online and offline operating revenue.

  2. 02

    Reward pool allocation

A defined share of eligible revenue is allocated to a reward pool under the proposed smart-contract model.

  3. 03

    Stake calculation

The proposed ratio considers the quantity and holding duration of eligible COOPX tokens.

  4. 04

    Periodic distribution

Calculated rewards would be distributed to eligible wallets according to the final terms.

Mechanics

How a building becomes a token

  1. 01

    Onboard

Complete title and registry checks, encumbrance review, independent valuation, condition surveys, and rent-roll audits.

  2. 02

    Wrap

A bankruptcy-remote SPV holds legal title under a trust structure designed for token holders.

  3. 03

    Mint

Permissioned tokens are issued against the SPV's economic structure and held in escrow.

  4. 04

    Distribute

A KYC-gated primary sale uses escrow, with token release only after the stated conditions are met.

  5. 05

    Operate

The property manager collects revenue, the SPV accounts for costs, and the proposed contract calculates eligible distributions.
